Ryomen Sukuna is the Lord of Kalheim in The Heian Order.

Ryomen Sukuna, titularly named after the vengeful Japanese spirit from the 8th century, is the leader of the Heian Order, the King of Curses, and self-proclaimed King of the Wilds.

Originating on the 22nd of September, Sukuna (although he has said he prefers the name Ryo or Ryomen from allies) arrived in the world with three associates, the founding members of the Heian Order. After an initial meeting with sb9j, Sukuna left the far south in venture to find a suitable living space for his people and begin his overarching imperial quest.

After half a day of traveling, the Heians settled in a region referred to as the "Western Spikes" region, far from the border of the wall. As a result, Heians are referred to as "Wildlings", a term Sukuna personally despises as it "dehumanizes the intelligent, loving, and honorable people who simply want peace from the crowded world".

Sukuna's ambitions to settle beyond the wall largely boil down to privacy, as he views the south of the world as a "festering melting pot of resentments". The city that he founded would come to be known as Kalheim, the capital of his nation, the Heian Order.

As of the 26th of September, the Heians have expanded at a blitzkrieg pace, assimilating three more towns (Vast, Blackthorn Keep, and Gloamgate) to their control. However, all were done completely peacefully, as Sukuna himself stated that "invasions and threats would only serve to compromise a united Heian [referring to Wildlings] people. As a result, he has refused to press Frosthold on their sovereignty.

The Heian's first ever battle was the September 26 Battle of the Wall, where 9 Heians (7 Kalheim, 2 Blackthorn) rallied to meet with Northern and Valyrian forces to deter an alliance between the Reach and their associates.

The battle, of which Sukuna described as being of "immense symbolic purpose" due to it being the only claim area within the Wilds, began with Sukuna's army flanking their opponents from the East, an event that did not go unnoticed by his fellow commanders. Following this knockout blow, intense fighting resumed for the following half hour, of which Heian doctrine ordered that all soldiers fight as one coherent body that would cut off opponents attempting to run and defend any weak links due to armor restrictions. It is estimated that Sukuna had around 10 kills during this battle, and his army combined had 25. However, his true PvP skill is not known, as he appears more focused on strategy and politics.

Sukuna and the Heians by default are described as "intensely honorific" people, believing that, among the fact that they should be legally obligated to help their allies due to the funding they provide, they also possess an immense psychological duty to protect their allies ideologies as if they were their own. Despite having been the victim of bannable pit falls during the battle, the Heians made no attempt to ridicule or complain about their situation, likely under Sukuna's orders.

Above all, Sukuna is a man trying to build "a utopia out of a hellscape", himself describing the situation as "yanking the keys to heaven from the monsters in hell" in his quest. He puts honor and duty above all, and lives a reclusive life as far from the rest of the world as possible. He shows no interest for any land below the wall, with his only materialistic ambition being a mace.
